Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms are an agreement between CallBridge LLC ("we" or "us") and the business that uses CallBridge ("you"). Here, "CallBridge" means the service we provide. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
CallBridge helps a business follow up on calls it misses. When a call to your CallBridge number goes unanswered, we send a text back to the caller. CallBridge also provides a dashboard of calls and texts, review requests after completed jobs, updates to opted-in customers, and a weekly summary. Features may change over time.
You must be an authorized representative of a real business and at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.
Pricing starts at $39 per month. The price for your business, any free trial period, and any special terms are the ones we agree with you when you sign up, and we will confirm them in writing. There is no setup fee and no long term contract. You can cancel at any time by telling us, and your service will end at the close of the period you have paid for. We will not raise the price of an agreed plan without telling you in advance.
You are responsible for the messages sent through your account and for following the laws and carrier rules that apply to text messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. In particular, you agree that you will:
We may suspend messaging or an account if we believe these rules are being broken or if a carrier or Twilio requires us to.
If you received a text from a business that uses CallBridge, it is because you called that business or you are its customer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call +1 (833) 588-6479. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and Opt In & Consent Policy.
CallBridge depends on phone carriers and third party providers, so we cannot guarantee that every call will be detected or every text delivered, or that the service will always be available. CallBridge is not an emergency service and must not be relied on to handle emergency calls. Do not use it for any call that may involve an emergency.
You own the information about your business and your customers that you put into CallBridge. You give us permission to use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. CallBridge and its software, design, and branding belong to us.
You may stop using CallBridge at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. When an account ends, we will stop sending messages for it, and we keep records only as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost customers, or indirect damages. You agree to cover claims brought against us because of messages you sent or content you provided in breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use CallBridge after a change means you accept it.
